At TimeSavers Courier, we strive to accommodate our client's needs while ensuring efficient and reliable delivery services. Our cancellation policy aims to balance flexibility for our clients with the need to efficiently manage our delivery operations. 

Cancellation Time Frames and Refunds

Prior to Driver Dispatch: Clients may cancel their delivery request before a driver has been dispatched with no cancellation fee.

Driver Enroute - Within Greater Columbus Area: If a cancellation is made after the driver has been dispatched and is enroute within the greater Columbus area, a cancellation fee of 25% of the delivery charge will apply.

Driver Enroute - Outside Greater Columbus Area: For cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched and is enroute outside the greater Columbus area, a cancellation fee of 50% of the delivery charge will apply.

After Pickup: Once a package has been picked up by our driver, a cancellation fee of 100% of the delivery charge will apply. 

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. We will assess emergency cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation to process a refund, if applicable.
