Around 8:00 pm, we received a call from one of our Canadian customers with an urgent request. They had a shipment en route to Columbus, Ohio, but due to scheduling constraints, the product could not be received until Thursday morning at 9:00 am. This created a logistical gap that needed immediate attention.
Understanding the importance of the situation, we quickly coordinated to ensure everything went smoothly. Early this morning, one of their drivers delivered the product to our facility. We are now securely holding the shipment overnight, ready for an on-time delivery at 9:00 am tomorrow.
